Dear friends--
The Middle East Committee of Westmoreland Church (UCC) in Bethesda, MD, has invited me to speak at a hybrid event this Sunday, at 11:30 am ET, on the topic "Hamas, A primer." This talk is open to all on Zoom, sign-in link below. It will build on the research, journalism, and interviews I have conducted over the years with and on the organization, in Gaza, Syria, Lebanon, and elsewhere.
The timing is also fortuitous because the organization I head, Just World Educational, is about to launch a new public-information project titled, "What is Hamas, and Why that matters", so I hope that the records of this event, where I'll be in conversation with Westmoreland's Robert Mertz, can feed into that nicely.
